The Google Apps introduction support service is to provide the training menu that states clearly from user experience to administration operation, for those customers who are considering switching from existing system to Google Apps, helping them to try Google Apps without difficulties.

During this service, you will have two trial products for Google Apps, Single Sign-on Server for Google Apps and Shared Address Book capable of directory search. For the necessary environment for the product trial, ISR will provide Google Apps Premier Edition Accounts.

The training course is provided for the system administrator to have deep understanding of Google Apps.

  • SSO service trial is provided by Single Sign-on server for Google Apps.
  • Features provided by SSO server rather than Google Apps, such as Password Strength and Access Limitation, are available for trial.
    • --SSO server is the ASP edition operated at data center chose by ISR.
  • Authentication server is based on OpenLDAP with trial user accounts.
    • --OpenLDAP is operated at ISR.
  • Google Apps Premier Edition Accounts are available during the trial service.
    • -- Domain is specified by ISR.

    3. Shared Address Book Trial
  • Features of the Shared Address Book for Google Apps are available for trial.
  • The reference data of shared address book is the same as SSO server trial with OpenLDAP user accounts.
