The new office is conveniently located next to the Monterey Airport. It will continue to house marketing, business development, and sales activities. “The new location provides a more desirable working and living environment for ISR employees,” stated Dr. Raul Mendez, CEO of International Systems Research.

Available technology infrastructure in Monterey, and advances in IP technology, will enable the operation in Monterey to continue with minimum interruption. ISR expects to launch its mobile IP Telephony service for Japanese travelers this year.
