Position Description:
The SmartPhone Support Agent will provide technical support via telephone for a world-class enterprise mobile service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via telephone at the customer service center (Tokyo, Japan) for international brand SmartPhone.
- Solve problems and answer questions from overseas enterprise users in Japan.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting using actual device.

Experience and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of client-server architecture desired.
- Knowledge of Exchange, Domino, or other Groupware applications desired.
- Experience using Blackberry or similar SmartPhone devices desired.
- Languages: Japanese JLPT Level 3 minimum. Intermediate English.
