Both editions are e-mail systems, but they are customized for different audiences. The Enterprise Edition is optimized for use by employees at a corporation, providing features such as enterprise-wide address book support and LDAP compatibility.
The Service Provider Edition, which is similar to services such as Hotmail, contains special functionality to improve subscriber loyalty, allow self-registration, and attach an advertising tag with outgoing messages.

Why do I need @Box for my enterprise?

Thanks to the Internet, e-mail has become a standard tool for communicating within and across organizations.   E-mail-enabling software has become inexpensive and widely available, but few solutions offer security, mobility, and reliability in one package.  @Box was designed with the awareness that companies need to allow their workers to be connected to their e-mail at any time, anyplace.   This involves a combination of special features and capabilities that allow mobile workers to check their corporate e-mail securely using any device on any network.
